Who we are
Webwize UK has been created
in response to the growing needs of the UK’s residential estate agency
market.
Webwize UK enjoys a very close
working relationship with Estate Agency News – the market's leading trade
journal for residential estate agents throughout the UK. This association continues
to provide webwize UK with vital insight into what residential estate agencies
really need to compete in a highly competitive and fast moving market.
Webwize UK also enjoys tremendous
benefits from being a member of the Oldroyd Publishing Group, an organisation
which has been helping local businesses to grow and prosper for more than 30
years. Such membership affords our company ready and easy access to a wealth
of resources, expertise and technical know-how.
What we do
Webwize
UK builds and develops instruction–generating websites for residential
estate agents throughout the UK and Ireland and raises the income necessary for
the ongoing promotion and development of these sites by selling interactive links
to specially invited local businesses. |
 |
Many of the invited businesses
will already have invested in their own good quality website. What they lack,
however, is the volume of visitors to their website who are in “buying
mode”. Linking their website to that of a busy Estate Agent will do exactly
that, bringing a welcome increase in the number of people viewing – and
buying – their products.
So our new and unique service
creates a 'Win Win' situation for both the estate agency and invited businesses.
The agency acquires a superb content-rich website and the funds to promote and
increase the traffic to it. The invited businesses obtain immediate access to
thousands of potential customers each week and benefit increasingly from the
website's continual growth.
The webwize concept
The more revenue that is
created by the link sales, the more investment is made in the agent's website.
The more investment in the website
the more traffic it receives.
The more traffic the website
receives, the more business is created for both the agency and the invited businesses. |
